I can't believe that I got accepted when my introduction is a minimalist piece of 'postmodern' art compared to the classical era shining beacon of light that is England's. Uh, it's been so long since I roleplayed.
Anyway, hi, I don't give my real name out online so you can call me whatever it is that you like. Alternatively, try Lod. I'm 18 and Australian, at university studying Japanese, have spent a year in Japan, like writing, reading, drawing, applying complex literary theories to cracky Japanese webcomics and listening to music. I've been obsessed with history for longer than I've been obsessed with Hetalia, though it's mainly Japanese history and Australian/late British Empire Imperialism that gets me going. It makes me sad that there's been no mention of Australia in Official Canon when WW1 is pretty much the most important point in White/Anglo Saxon Australian history.
I should mention, I suffer from Asperger's Syndrome, so if Australia's social interactions seem odd, give me a heads up and I'll try and understand where I went wrong.
I should also mention, I really, really, really don't get why people start fights on the Internet. Seriously, I'm incapable of it.
I should also, also mention, that I'm a pretty nice, relaxed, easy going person, so come around, say hi and I'll give you the traditional Australian welcome in my family and make you stay for a BBQ, too-fattening deserts and beers.
